Digital Downloads
Our products are digital and sold in the form of downloads that are transferred from our server direct to your computer. These products are compressed into ZIP files. All our product ZIPs are created on Apple Macintosh computers. If you are a PC user we would recommend using WinZip or WinRar to decompress your product. Download times vary considerably depending on the size of the file. A product containing many audio samples will take much longer than a MIDI product which will download in a few seconds. You are responsible for making sure that your internet connection is fast enough to complete the download succesfully.
Payments
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card or through PayPal. As soon as the payment has been made you will be taken to a page containing the download link(s) for the product(s). You will also be sent an e-mail containing the download link(s).
Refund Policy
Digital downloadable goods once downloaded cannot be returned. Therefore you do not have the right to cancel an order once the product has been downloaded.
Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share with, or sell your personal information to any other company or 3rd parties. When you make a purchase your e-mail address is kept for internal use only. You will occasionally be e-mailed regarding new products or other marketing offers. You will of course be given the option to unsubscribe from these newsletters if you choose to do so.
License Agreement
Smash Up The Studio audio samples, midi files, chord progressions and musical phrases are licensed to you (not sold) for use within your music productions.This non exclusive, non transferable license is granted to any individual who has purchased the product from either our own website, or from one of our authorised distributors. All content remains the property of Smash Up The Studio.
Unlawful copying, selling, lending, uploading to any database, servers or otherwise is strictly forbidden. Any unlicensed usage of our files will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of international law.
All files and musical content contained within our products is licensed, not sold to you for use within your musical compositions, songs, mixes, remixes, albums, records, commercials, jingles, live performances and soundtracks for film TV or theatre.
This license does not allow the use of any of our files in the production of sample packs, midi packs or sample CD’s.
The use of any of our files whether audio or midi in isolation is strictly prohibited.
You cannot resell, lease, copy, lend, rent, upload or distribute our files.
The license you purchase is for a single user and is non transferable.
Smash Up The Studio preview tracks and audio demo’s are owned exclusively by Smash Up The Studio. They are not included as part of this license and may not be used for commercial purposes without our consent.
Smash Up The Studio royalty free loops and samples are available for anyone to use under the terms of this agreement and Smash Up The Studio will not be held responsible for any disputes arising if the same loop or sample is used by multiple parties.
By purchasing a Smash Up The Studio pack from an authorised source means that you accept the terms of this license agreement.
